Beyond Bus Captain, advancement is based on driving minutes and good conduct. Eligible Bus Captains are personally informed when they meet all requirements.
Two departments: Service Quality · Development & Project Management. Managers through Executive Directors operate within their department. Vice-President and President oversee the whole organisation.
